yesterday i found out about the night court limited version of the acotar series. i have been holding off so i can get the series in a single, cohesive format once it is completed. this is a version i would totally buy…but not worth it since they likely won’t continue the edition with the next book.

reading a book with very american characters from america who are now in an alternate realm of the same continental location written by british authors and constantly snagging on how they are using british slang/words for things. i can deal with “s” instead of “z”, but “cupboard” for “closet”?

aaaaand today i got a message from the vendor saying that there was a usps error in september that led to all of this, so they are “reshipping” the order. don’t know if that means the other package was returned to them, or if it is lost in transit and a new one is being sent…
after 34 days, the second to ship of two packages has arrived. amazingly whole and unopened, with only that little dent on the side from its ordeal. but where is the 1st package that shipped just before this one? still no updates since 9.29 when it got the last “in transit to next facility” message…

i decided to get a new keyboard. i went with something different instead of my normal 108 and then switched out the keys. first time doing a custom and it’s all pretty and clicky! #customkeyboard #customizeyourtech #mechanicalkeyboard

yesterday i felt a bit overwhelmed by loneliness. friday i had spent time wondering what would i be forced into when a certain event occurred. today i found out that my grandmother passed yesterday. so now i get to enjoy whatever “games” she left for us and find out what we’re being forced into.

so, on top of working this week i have to work on clearing out part of my room so that we can get in and fix my heating vent. because, you know, it’s not connected anymore and that’s why my room smelled terrible when it was super hot last month and flies have been in my room this week… u_u
