GOP ACA health insurance proposal was published today. It's clear the GOP has no real clue how to provide affordable healthcare. The only part that might help low income insurance is a "Health Savings Account" that the gov provides some funds. Estimated to reduce coverage by 300k persons by 2034.

KS Sen. Roger Marshall (a medical doctor) said putting money into a healthcare savings account will lower US healthcare costs by 1 trillion dollars per year. Showing prices and price neutrality would help. They expect when you get sick to shop for the cheapest prices available.

Why not have voters determine where the voting district reside. The state population determines how many districts and the voters could determine where the districts reside in the state every 10 years. Counties should not be split across districts.
