use the Stairmaster, its to fast for me and the goal I set for myself is to be able to use it. The stroke to my ability to drive, but last year I with my family I was able to get that back. Little improvements I'm trying to work on while my energy (12/13)

when we were back in his car he was able to just talk to me as back to reality. Going outside for me has been a challenge and if not for friends to help me, it would have taken longer. I have been trying hard to not let things get to me, but over time I feel like I (9/13)

Stepping outside is a challenge for me. For example, I was at a gas station with a friend and the cashier looked at me and said "Why are you on a cane?". I was completely stunned and locked up, but thankfully my friend was there with me to get me out of the situation and (8/13)

comments really get to me or even the mere mention of strokes reminds me of it and is very triggering for me. These types of instances just take all my energy away. The people in the game playing don't know my situation so it's no fault to them, but it’s also why I want to (6/13)

"something has come up" and I just leave the conversation or end stream when someone brings up "strokes" in the conversations. For ex; While playing telephone and running out of time the words get jumbled up, so someone says "did someone have a stroke". These ableist (5/13)

The doctor said the cause was from cracking my neck too much. The stroke caused me to have multiple issues even to this day, such as needing a cane to walk or having trouble stuttering or catching on words. In the past I have been able to just stay quiet or just say (4/13)
