0 to 1 is easy.
1 to N people make it hard.

Why?

They try 0 to N.

Is memory a protective moat for AI startups? 🤔

It introduces a high switching cost for end-users and risk.

A big reason I use ChatGPT vs Claude for health questions is that it knows me better. It remembers things about it from our conversations.

"Don't one-shot your evals" 🤯

A brilliant piece of advice a friend offered me.

Instead of trying to come up with a data set of 100+ prompts and ground truth.

Just add one and make it easy to add more. Then ship. As new edge cases come up, just add them and fix.

That's how we do unit tests too.

AI loves adding useless things like this...

This is useless; it just adds to cognitive load when looking at that code.

In other words, you spend brain power on unimportant things and miss the bugs/big things.

Does anyone have a good DevOps flow for Claude Code? 🤔

As in "fix the prod build and verify", it needs to wait 5mins+ sometimes and keep looping.

If multiple things are broken, fix each and try to do it in parallel.

Claude 4.1 Opus or any LLMs tend to do unrelated work.

How do you prevent them from going off-task?

No matter how much I try to use prompt engineering, it still makes mistakes like this.

Has anyone else noticed the million annoying sounds that Cursor/VSCode added?
