何桂蓝（Gwyneth Ho Kwai-lam，1990年8月24日生），香港记者与民主派政治人物，被称为“立场姐”。她因参与2020年立法会民主派初选，被控“串谋颠覆国家政权”，是“47人案”中唯一既不认罪、也不求情的被告。2024年11月19日，她被香港法院判处有期徒刑七年，现羁押于大榄女惩教所。

在宣判当天，何桂蓝以粤语和英语发表声明，强调自己坚持不认罪、不求情，是为了捍卫61万名参与初选的香港选民的政治表态。她说：“真正定义我们身份的，不是苦难本身，而是我们面对苦难的方式。”
