Absolutely! I've always struggled with writing, personally, but my husband is more of a writer, and bouncing ideas off of him about things we watch/play makes me feel like it helps creatively for sure!

This is why I love spending hours talking to my husband after watching something and breaking down what we experienced and how we might view things differently, sharing our own theories and criticisms of said media. It's honestly such a great time and believe me, it's just as fun as a video essay.
