So it turns out that having a quiet and boring evening before going to sleep contributes to some great sleep quality.

Every year, in the period between the Autumn Equinox and Halloween, all sorts of shadowy activity increases during the night. This continues for sometime into the spring. I rarely encounter shadows during summertime. Been observing that for a decade. Pretty consistent, IMO. Anyone else? #WitchSky
