Mortality isn't the only metric that should be used for success. Even cancer that is successfully treated can have significant quality of life impacts.
It's complicated enough where I live let alone internationally. Daylight saving means Australia has 5 timezones rather than 3 for the next 6 months or so.
What are you doing now that I should be listening to?
I'm so going to use this in my current Traveller campaign. The players will be expecting tides when there just aren't any.
Same niche as Moscato today
4 is ... Weird. Find out what race you are playing and listen to the Space Cats Peace Turtles podcast episode on that race. Don't play space Risk. Figure out how you're getting to 10 points. Plan on doing it in 5 rounds. Don't be afraid of trading Support for the throne with someone as 1 of your 10.
They're were no laptops when I was at uni. Macs had just come out and some of the richer students had them. There was no network to connect to. People thought that computer science students were word for stopping of at the terminal room to check their email.
That speaks volumes about how difficult that must have been.
They must have fixed it in Ultimate Edition because I didn't see that paper in my copy.
Those are messed up. Being in a claustrophobic tube is bad enough without them putting your head in a cage as well.
I don't have TIME to keep up with the latest TTRPGs. It took me more than 40 years to get around to running my current campaign, let alone anything new.
No The West Wing? No Gilmore Girls (for certain audiences)?
Mine grew back. Hearing and feeling in fingers and toes not so much. Still, no more cancer so there's that.
I keep myself amused by counting radiology bingo. To get a bingo you need an X-ray, CT, PET, ultrasound and MRI in a single year. Last year I nearly got to 2.
The last time I did anything TTRPG related in NZ was in 1984 when I participated in a live LARP battle in Auckland 😀 It's been a while. This year I'm running a Classic Traveller campaign from a book I bought that same year, I'll catch up to the modern era eventually.
Pay that one. I guess when the artist is using the royalties to fund a hatred campaign...
Runner up: Age of Steam "Deluxe"
Having not listened to (or heard of, actually) the show can you give a brief summary? I use Obsidian for my Classic Traveller game.
I like the way City Planner Plays asks: "or leave an emoji representing X for the sake of "engagement" "
I'm not sure where I stand on this. I still have Phil Ecklund games on my shelf even though I disagree with many of the things he stands for. At what point is the art separable from the opinions of the artist?
Chemo sucks. That 4th round of aggressive chemo I did last year nearly did me in.
