People will be like "oh XYZ is so unhealthy" but you know what's more unhealthy? Starving!! So if eating cake frosting straight out of the can at 3 am is keeping you alive, DO IT. I believe in you. And I know it's hard. But we can do it. And I know we can do it because we've BEEN doing it.

Eat *something.* If all you can convince yourself to eat is 6 granola bars and a poptart that's a win. If your lunch is a dry brick of ramen because you couldn't bring yourself to cook it that's a win. If you just eat some spoonfuls of peanut butter right out of the jar that's a win. SOMETHING.

So one really common piece of advise for new parents is "fed is best" - meaning if you can get your kid to eat anything at all, that's a win. But, that's a good mentality to have if you struggle with severe depression or other mental illnesses like I do. Something is ALWAYS better than nothing.
