No, just looking for every teacher to do what libraries do. My guess is they are trying to create a burden while setting up surveillance and intimating elem teachers are serving up inappropriate material

It's a good reminder that the Chief Electoral Officer reports to the legislature, not to the government. The office is independent, neutral, bound by law, and is supposed to be free from political interference.
