Exactly. I can guarantee that every single person who says "dogs are better pets because cats have no feelings" has never managed to successfully bond with a cat or respect them the way they deserve.

My cat is the most loving animal I've met. But she isn't a dog, so she doesn't behave like one.

I'm convinced that the reason most mediocre men love dogs and hate cats is because deep down they know the closest they'll ever get to love is to have someone depend on them, because they don't have what it takes to be chosen, so they settle for being needed.

Got home and it sounded like someone was using a blender. Walk into my living room and my cat is just happily swatting an extremely pissed off queen wasp out of the air repeatedly 😱

As far as I can tell she didn't get stung but I almost did. She flew at my face three times before I could catch her😰

I love my kitty so much. When I go to bed anxious she will lie down on my chest and will literally breathe on my face until my breath matches hers and then she will give me the slow blink stare, relaxes and so do I. I swear even our heart rates sync.

She's the most therapeutic animal I've ever met.

Thank you dear. It's just exhausting to see my deadname everywhere...every time I open my banking app, paypal, get a letter, need to show my ID (and having to tell the entire story every time), go to certain doctors, need to do official paperwork, etc, etc, etc...
