Very grateful for all the kind words.

Called my doctor. He's referring me to a physiatrist. Not covered by insurance so it will take probably many months to get one.

In the meantime I'll be doing my best to manage the pain as much as I can. I'll be booking physiotherapy too.

my wrist pain has been significantly worse these past like 2-3 weeks

idk if it's overuse or flaring up or what. it's getting to the point where it's hard to do day to day things with my write hand...i'm getting scared

i do physio stretches 4 times daily. they haven't gotten easier to do in the past 5 years.

i have been trying to fix my posture and loosen my shoulders. it hurts and it's exhausting.

it's been 5 years of this slowly getting worse. i don't know what to do. i'm so tired.

i used to do so much with it. i still have so much i want to do. but i can't even hold my cell phone in my right hand for more than a few minutes without pain. idk what to do.

i have ringworm on my badwrist that might be causing additional issues.

can't go to physio because i'm embarrassed by the shit on my wrist.

currently on week 7 of waiting list for dermatologist.

GP doctor can't assist my with skin issues or wrist issues
