I have a Rihanna story, before she became a really big star, pre 2010, I was working a flight ( gate agent ) to Los Angeles from SFO, I saw her and her ID, Robyn Fenty and was trying to figure it out, when she smiled at me and said I had beautiful hair!!

I once had a rash/blisters that drove me crazy, turned out to be an allergic reaction to mites in rat droppings in an attic (that the landlord insisted did not exist!) moved out soon after…never had that problem again!

I started strength training at 65 with a trainer in a small semi private group. Two years later, I feel stronger and healthier!! Wish I had started earlier! Keep at it!
