At the time I was probably between JLPT N3 and N2, but I don’t think I had any issue with the language. Quinrose's writing is not particularly poetic so it is very straightforward and easy to understand to me.

I’m incredibly partial to Julius so…Dream worker and Memories of the Clock. LOL. They are mostly a retelling of the game routes so it was very similar to Shinsouban Anniversary no Kuni no Alice, with a bit more explanation and mood building.
