Update to all of this: after a couple calls it turns out, thankfully, my card wasn't skimmed. The bank just moved stuff around that shouldn't have been touched and caused everything to explode (which they didn't inform me abt originally??) so what a great start to the weekend :)

Someone stole my card info and then proceeded to over draft my account!! So I've reopened all my services to help balance everything while this (hopefully) gets fixed.
