Actually, a month ago I started drawing manga for En's AO3 fanfic, the one that Shulk shaves Rex' beard. 😆It's 14 pages long, so I've been completely focused on it for the whole month, and I think it'll take another month to finish haha.

確かに、‌脾胃虚弱の人は、消化酵素の分泌が不足しているため、タンパク質などの栄養素を十分に分解できず筋肉を合成する効率が悪いんですよね…
私も友達の体を触って筋肉の構造を学んでいるんですが、背中や脚を鍛えている方が少なすぎます。
