'Family Photo'

Finally got my last member of Fireteam Phlegethon all made up, so I knew I needed to do a group render. Super happy with how it turned out!

I'll post a separate render of the last member later, I want to redo the pose I had her in.

2018 vs 2025

It feels nice to be able to look back at my old creations and see how far I’ve come.

Everybody starts somewhere. It doesn’t matter if it looks “bad” - as long as you had fun doing it, that is all that matters!

My very first art piece I made back on the 27th August 2018. It features 3 grunts / Unggoy, a jackal / Skirmisher, and two elites / Sangheili. In the background contains a phantom and a covenant cruiser. One grunt is relaxing on the ground with a plasma pistol in their right hand. The other two are talking to each other while one holds a fuel rod cannon with both hands. One elite has their hands out in an angry manner, giving the jackal a telling off while the jackal stands in front of him uncomfortably. The other elite is standing in the back, not doing much. As of making this post, this is my most recent artwork made on the 24th November, 2025. From top to bottom, it features a Skirmisher, a Sangheili, and an Unggoy from Halo. Sharp, specialised lighting is used to characterise each character in an intimidating/menacing way. The art is divided into 3 segments with each character having their own section. The Skirmisher has blue lighting with a dark shadow on the left side of the picture. The Sangheili has red lighting with a dark shadow on the right side of the picture. The Unggoy has purple lighting with a dark shadow on the left side of the picture.

An anti-material rifle from Halo sits on a patch of wet concrete, likely a roof of some kind, its bipod deployed. It is set up and aiming through a chain link fence. Several spent casings can be seen on the ground with a par of haphazardly stacked magazines. The casing closest to the camera has 'LCPL Torosian's Revenge' written on it. One casing is falling and a hint of smoke can be seen around the muzzle, making it seem like a shot has just been taken.
