It's less "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything." It's more "If you have something bad to say, you better be ready to propose a solution or be willing to volunteer your time to help find one."

Most people tell me in private that they do not support a lot of leaders or organizations, then I see photos of them at every gala and installation known to man. I'm not a fan of living life hypocritically.

A good leader is one that says we're both little people, let's figure out how we can grow together. Humility is an important trait in good management and humility starts with understanding that you ain't it, baby.

Sometimes the easy way to put on a show isn't the answer. I prefer quality over quantity and have never wanted to fill a room with zombies.
