An amusing moment from the worst Simpsons Christmas episode ever but with a more realistic sound effect for getting jabbed...

Also on this day 20 years ago, Apple's iMovie HD 6 was released; the last version with its classic timeline interface, and the first to utilize some handy audio-editing features. I used it a lot in my early Mac days, and it still runs great on my PowerPC G4 Macs!

On this day 20 years ago, Apple put the first Intel-based Macintosh computers on the market, and Zak Wolf has those models in his vintage Apple collection!

Why do I get the feeling "3 Ring Wing Ding" is MeTV's favorite "Cool Cat" cartoon to feature in their Saturday morning block? #SaturdayMorningCartoons

There's just something special about seeing these black-and-white Looney Tunes shorts. This one is "The Daffy Doc" (1938). #SaturdayMorningCartoons

Hard to believe this year it'll be 20 years since the Wayans came out with "Little Man," obviously loosely based on the 1954 Bugs Bunny short "Baby Buggy Bunny." #SaturdayMorningCartoons

I don't like to repeat myself, but on this #FursuitFriday I am reminding you that while the Corporation for Public Broadcasting has shut down, PBS is still standing, but they do need our financial help!

I've still been donating to WGBH as thanks for helping shape my childhood and for providing my mother some quality programming, with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting being no more and PBS seeing Viewers Like Us for funding.

One of the saddest deaths in "The Simpsons," especially since it came as a surprise (compared to the hyped-up deaths of Maude Flanders and Rabbi Krustofski).

I've seen posts on social media on New Year's Day claiming it was the 97th anniversary of the Looney Tunes. Well, as private toon detective Sam Valentino, I need to set the record straight...

Oh wow, I can't believe the repair job on my M1 MacBook Air was so fast! It was ready to be picked up only a day after I dropped it off, and now I am using it again.

When I was younger, I thought Robert McKimson's unit had all fallen ill when making "Bartholomew Versus the Wheel" (1964) hence the unusual visual style, until I learned they were channeling James Thurber. #SaturdayMorningCartoons

What I especially remember about 1945's "The Unruly Hare" is at the end when a stick of dynamite sends railroad-building materials flying and then assembling as if they were model train tracks! #SaturdayMorningCartoons

Well, my M1 MacBook Air is off having the keyboard replaced again (after previously doing so nearly 2 1/2 years ago), so until it's done I'm getting by on my backup computer: a 2019-21 16" MacBook Pro! I seem to be quickly picking up with the Touch Bar.

I was one of the first (if not THE first) to bring Caillou into the YouTube Poop scene back in 2008!
