20 years ago, UNICEF was all up for helping the newer Cartoon Network shows celebrate Halloween while killing off older classics like the Smurfs! CN was really putting the "NO" in "nostalgia" by that time, especially for those who didn't get Boomerang!

What I love about this bit from the "Ren and Stimpy" series premiere is how all the cartoon characters Stimpy imitates are ones Billy West would go on to voice at one point or another (though his voicing George Jetson and Mr. Jinks was limited to Cartoon Network promos).
