Made an impromptu record store visit today, came out with some more stuff I didn't have on vinyl yet. The guy running the store apparently loves Ministry and we were talking for probably about 30 minutes about old school industrial bands. It's been a good day!

Shout-out to the bartender last night at the Baltimore Soundstage who gave me a bottle of water after realizing I don't have cash and only a card (they didn't accept cards at that one bar). Acts of kindness are always noticed in my eyes, you a real one 🖤

#ministry killed the sound system at the Baltimore Soundstage a couple times, but it was still an epic show. #diekrupps were great to see and I loved their set. And #nitzerebb redeemed themselves with an amazing performance with tons of energy. This show all together was pretty freaking great!

I wish I could "unlearn" a lot of what I have picked up over the years, just because making music seemed more fun when I knew less about it. I made whatever I wanted and didn't care how it sounded. Nowadays I care too much about how it sounds because I want to be successful and gain an audience.

It's hard to put it into words, but I feel like my older songs had a lot more creativity than the songs I make nowadays. The quality of sound has gotten much better over the years, but the creativity seems to have dipped off as I have tried to sound more "professional" than I actually am.
