An incredible night in Leeds!

Over 650 people joined us for the Your Party rally — proof there is an appetite for an explicitly socialist political alternative.

People are tired of choosing between the status quo & the far-right. Together we will build a movement for socialism.

I grew up in Lozells, just a stone’s throw from Handsworth.

Robert Jenrick called it “as close as I’ve come to a slum” and complained he “didn’t see another white face.”

This is white-supremacist thinking dressed up as “legitimate concerns”.

I grew up in Lozells, just a stone’s throw from Handsworth — where much of my family still live and where I went for sixth form. It’s a proud, diverse, working-class community.

Labour’s plan for compulsory digital ID risks creating a more authoritarian state.

Under constant surveillance, we would have to pass through digital checkpoints just to live our daily lives — with even more barriers for minorities, migrants and the digitally excluded.

The #GlobalSumudFlotilla is delivering life-saving aid to Gazans deliberately starved under Israel’s genocide, including 1 million children.

Spain is sending a naval vessel to protect the flotilla and ensure aid reaches those in desperate need.

The UK must do the same.
