My job as Treasurer is to prepare Nevada for times of crisis. 1 in 6 Nevadans' losing SNAP benefits tomorrow is a crisis. We have the money to keep Nevadans fed in November.

SNAP benefits for almost 500,000 Nevadans end in 2 days. I’m grateful to AG Ford for suing the Trump Administration to protect SNAP. We need an all-of-government approach to keep Nevadans fed this November, which is why I will continue to advocate for a bipartisan, state-based solution as well.

Frey Ranch is a family-owned distillery in Fallon. Cofounder Colby Frey told me about how tariffs are raising the price of doing business and the high cost of housing makes it hard to hire workers. I will always fight for people trying to live, work, and run a business in Nevada.

It was an honor to attend the Nevada Department of Veterans Services ceremony at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City. We will never forget the sacrifice our heroes and their families have made - families like Helena Lukac's. We are forever grateful for John's service.
