I like to do quick freehand commissions traditionally with pen but they usually come out a kind of wonky and I just live with it lol. you just have to kind of imagine or ghost the lines before you put them down

I have a "pretty" one that helped me get a non art related job in person, I printed out a bunch to give to recruiters at a job fair and a lot of people complimented me on it cus it stood out because of the colors and was easy to read 🤣
But otherwise, simple is probably the way to go online.
