I first created og-Talamh in Icewind Dale to see if I could, and how to import custom portrait and such. But I.. Don't think she fits the story of the games..
So I decided tonight to create a sort of "What happens post XIV"-Talamh. Even wrote a bio for her that I also weaved into Ranger's bio.

I love that Wendy can talk to the Xenomorph though. It's similar to a concept I was writing on myself some 15 years ago or so about theorizing that someone with strong psychic abilities could disrupt the hive-mind link.
I like that, it's an interesting concept.

Also the way the Xenomorph is just slaughtering everyone is ludicrously effective. It's like a player is playing that Alien. It isn't intelligent at all, it just keeps killing and butchering people mercilessly.

What I like with it is the atmosphere Alien Earth presents. I can't say world building because... well frankly *THIS* isn't the world I ever envisioned Alien to be. Not this fucking oppressive. I don't get why the Alien franchise continually pushed this extreme narrative.. Did I miss something?

-> Xenomorphs should be unexplained. Xenomorphs should be horrendously painful experience. There's a reason I've had nightmares about them for 33-34 years.. Constantly it seems like others don't get it.
They are a Nightmare creature.
