Your Twitch VOD is not a YouTube video. It’s raw footage.

Cut the warmup, cut the queue time, cut the “hold on chat”.
Keep only moments where something is happening or about to happen.

I finally made a showreel. Only took me… a normal amount of time. Had a lot of fun crafting it and trying new things in After Effects!

Streaming content and YouTube content require two different ways of thinking.

Just because it was good stream content, doesn't mean it will, directly, do good on YouTube.

Rethink how you put your content on YouTube, they're less likely to watch "Part X of ~insert game here~"

Premiere Pro really opened up for me once I started working with keyframes.

Cutting footage, adding sound effects, music and the like is cool - but your creativity really opens up once you start learning how to keyframe.

So anyone new to editing, learn how to work with keyframes.

Also let's be real, I haven't had enough projects since moving home a year ago. I'm stir crazy, passionate about this and we're gonna do something with it!
