i'm not fucking around btw. 20% of people with bipolar die of suicide and 10-13% of people with schizophrenia do. and untreated people make up a large proportion of those numbers. 50% of cop murders are mentally ill people, with untreated psychosis being a huge % of that number. this will kill us
i also really need people to stop joking about how taking people off antipsychotics and mood stabilizers is going to lead to us murdering the people who did it. it probably won't. it'll lead to a massive fucking increase in suicides though
