Happy Fursuit Friday!

One of the few times I really had to resort to only wearing my suit as a partial during the Dead Dog party at Confuzzled. It was insanely warm that evening, but still great fun!

The difference is, I don't really have a desire to travel abroad. I wouldn't know what to do with myself once I got there.

If I am going to travel I'd need a reason, or an event to go to and most events I would be interested in going to are social ones which would suck if I went to solo.

Realising I still have 15 days of annual leave to use up before Christmas.

I have no idea what to do with them. Hate taking time off with no plans as I just end up sitting alone at home wasting it all.

The Blightwater region in Silksong is a massive test of my patience.

So much of this game feels like it's difficult just for the sake of being difficult. I didn't think the runbacks to bosses was as bad as people have been saying until I got to this area. It can fuck right off.

Still got a few minor details to paint, but my Ravenwing command squad are pretty much done.

Just some glow effects and details on the gun to do. Will work on those once I have the other 6 bikers of this squad done.

Finished reading Murtagh recently.

Unfortunately I wasn't too impressed with it. The first half read like a literary version of a fetch quest and a lot of the story beats it set up were completely irrelevant to the later half.

Not sure how I feel about Silksong so far. It's definitely more punishing than Hollowknight.

Bosses deal 2 damage per hit from the start and healing mid combat is riskier.
Meanwhile, the jumping puzzles require greater precision and often throw enemies at you at the same time.

Seems that Steam is now requiring credit card details to age verify UK users.

What am I supposed to do if I don't have a credit card since debit cards don't count?

My fucking Steam account is over 21 years old! I made it in 2004. Shouldn't that be enough!?
