I also think this song is started by Charlie singing directly to Baxter.

She mentions taking his bag and later talks about the bar, suggesting a beer, in which we hear someone say "I don't drink" (I think).
A line later we hear Husk say "No I can't make a Mai Tai", a pretty light cocktail
