Could really just be the MB sound card or because it's USB 2.0 Audio it just fucks everything up because I did disable the audio, tried 2 bluetooth speakers and no popping so big whoop

Think I figured it out? There was a setting titled "PAUSE delay" (which delays thread idle) so I first tried the disable option, repeated CSP + music + discord & +10s waiting and there's no crackling? (1/2)
To not leave it on an open note: I think it's my cpu, most likely the power consumption
Entering & exiting idle state causes audio crackle; music + CSP + any game + idle for 10s on CSP = no crackling
Changed TDP->105W, no idea what it does (ofc researched) will test off^^ + minimum power = 0->35%
