I go through musical phases. I'm a Prog Rock fan - both old and new - but there are times when anything new just sounds exactly like what I expect it to sound like. No surprises at all. And I just feel no excitement about it. Happens with Jazz too but I'm more forgiving.

I love when I can just hang at home and watch college football all day. However, do I really want to hear Gus Johnson acting as if a Rutgers/Ohio State matchup is going to be an exciting matchup? At least the ABC game features two ranked teams.

Also, the housing ballot measures passed. NYC needs more housing for people built. The need of the NIMBYs to keep their properties up in price is not my problem. They have a roof over their heads. Other NYers also want a roof over their head.
