This year is only a little different but for about the 6th year in a row Kamasi takes number 1. Thundercat out replaced by Jamiroquai (need that new album TC).

20 years ago a friend lent me Dragon's Egg by Robert L Forward. Just started reading it because chatgpt recommended it (I've been asking it a lot about FTL travel and theoretical non carbon based life forms). This book is perfect and I would not have appreciated it as much 20 years ago.

Opeth did something I've never seen a band do live and I've been going to live gigs for over 30 years now.
Before they played their closer, they took requests but just to be dicks they only played a few bars of each song. I loved it.
