You know, for Halloween they should paint em grey with red tips and call them spear tips or something.

I will keep pressing on, but I wish people would give me more of a chance or at least tell me honestly why I am not worthy.

That way I know.

Yet it never comes.

These are the moments where I want to go reclusive again. Cut all the ties. Disappear.

Worth shouldn't come from other people, but if all you hear is no then it's going to be lower.

So, I have been struggling a lot with my self worth. I feel like I have to keep proving myself to people who already know my capabilities, what I can bring to the table, that said I have value to them and they want me involved.

Yet. I am not asked, invited, brought along.

Any help out there with combating burnout in the workplace? I have been struggling for months.

So, who out there's got a DnD game I can get into? I am in need of one.

People will start naturally yes and the world. What if this criminal element is also in my city, now we have a syndicate. My character backstory has me plagued by a hag, well someone might say that she lives in the nearby woods. Everyone creates the threads. Everyone stays invested.

Could be fun.

Then that person runs a 3 hour game. Roll again. New DM adds to the world. Play again.

What does this do? Builds a setting that people actually have history with. They have characters and NPCs that they care about. If they get messed with they move away and start a new city. It organically grows.

So, I have an idea:

Using the new DM guide, it offers quick and fast rules to build a town. One person does this and using that makes a 3 hour adventure featuring that town and some surrounding area. Then you roll a die and using that number choose the next DM who adds to the town or area.

All I want right now is an all day gaming day. TTRPGs, board games, pizza, soda pop and all the best people around me using our imagination to tell stories.

I played the song Tequila 4 times on the way to Chicago today. Pee-Wee was my first fandom. I loved the show, Big Adventure was the movie that I constantly ran in the VCR, and I even had Pee-Wee pajamas. I wish I could have met Paul. :(
