Today’s retreat is absolutely an attempt to take pressure off of Congress to rein in ICE so that a funding package can get through.
That pressure has been effective. We can celebrate Minneapolis’ win but we need to keep the pressure on. They’re not going to stop forever.

Bullying might work in America, but Trump isn't going to bully Europe into giving up territory just because he wants it (he only wants it because he and his oligarch friends will benefit). Doesn't work like that. We're not brainwashed MAGA over here.

The only qualification you need to be hired by the Trump administration is to be able to lie to the public. You don't even need to be a good liar. Just regurgitate the current narrative over and over and say Trump is the greatest. So basically, if you're a psychopath you're a shoo-in.

Trump playing straight into Putin's hands as usual. Nothing would delight Putin more than fracturing NATO by the US invading Greenland. If you thought 2025 was bad, I think we're in for a doozy of a year...

Stephen Miller went on TV and said Trump has "plenary authority" before freezing up like he'd seen a ghost, upon realizing he just spilled the beans. Plenary means absolute. So Miller just admitted that Trump is a dictator (or at least aims to be).

So apparently #DbD is "postponing" anti-tunnel/slug. Meaning they will water them down until they become pointless (like anti-camp). Disappointing, but I guess killers need their win streaks and easy stomps to keep playing the game. Wanted to come back for this patch, but now, forget it.

The parallels between what's happening in the US and how the nazis came to power is stark. Charismatic leader promising prosperity while swiftly isolating and turning the country to fascism. The silverlining is that Trump is a bumbling idiot compared to Hitler, who was actually cunning.

If the US survives Trump, how do you ever trust the american people with democracy again? If people are willing to vote for such an obvious scam artist wannabe dictator like Trump.

DbD is a joke. After almost 1.5K hours, my win rate as survivor is 30%. Probably half of those escapes the killer let me go or I got hatch. This is not how a healthy pvp multiplayer game should work. A healthy win rate is around 50%. I don't know why people play survivor (including myself).

I'm so excited for #RE9 to drop next year that I bought a PS5 Pro. A very unnecessary purchase since I have a perfectly fine up to date PC with a RTX 5090 card. But I have to play it on console. It's the law.
