HAPPINESS is receiving sample French oak staves from the extremely generous Jérôme Fouailly, owner of Tonnellerie Fouailly in Burgundy! Max (the pup) and Jérôme produce bespoke wine barrels for top producers in Europe and the United States. We’ll use the oak staves in our classroom!

Day 2 of our famed Loire-Bordeaux trip with Bordeaux🐶 Today, we visited DOMAINE HUET and tasted a range of wines - sparkling, dry, semi-dry, and sweet Chenin Blanc. Big thanks to Christophe for the lovely tasting experience! We highly recommend a visit!
