Coming out is a process.
For me that process truly began when Section 28 was passing into law.
Gay men and lesbians were told that we were ‘less than’, that our relationships were pretend.
I needed to stand up.
So I came out.
And never looked back.

It occurs to me that the Doctor's polyethnic identity in recent times recontextualises Peter Davison's casting in quite an interesting way.
(For context, although you'd be unlikely to guess it by looking at him, Davison's paternal family is Guyanese. He has close relatives who are visibly Black.)

I won an auction for a big ol’ poster version at the DWM 500 event and got it framed - I love it! And I remember getting the original, all those years ago - I think my dad got it for me? I had no idea it was a thing. Bought every single one since. What an institution!

No need to apologise 😁 it’s just that AI is a very controversial thing, and right now there’s a lot resistance to it - in my opinion it detracts from human creativity, which is the only creativity that matters, really. And AI is _terrible_ for the environment.

That said, a good movie imagining a meeting between Queen and Elvis might be worth watching (and by ‘good’ I mean ‘made by people’! 🙏😁)
