I use stickerapp, I think you may be able to get a gold effect by layering a semi-transparent gold over their mirrored sticker

this file itself definitely doesn't have that many total layers, I keep deleting and making new ones (it's the teeny dragon file), but honestly this computer is a beast for being thirteen years old
