Hi Dr Robert, I just wanted to say a big thank you. I ‘found’ you some 4 months ago and read Metabolical and found it revelatory and fascinating. completely changed my diet. Ive always had a very high sugar cons. My Bp is now in the normal range which it’s not been for as long as I can remember! 👍
