If they can arrest & deport people without court oversight or due process, there is nothing stopping them from arresting & deporting you or me. You might think - but I’m a peaceful & lawful US citizen surely I’m safe. But without due process - how would you ’prove it’ and to whom? This is very bad.

I’m actually surprised - that they acknowledged that they got it wrong instead of just doubling down.
