And I’ve tested several methods and the most consistent one I was able to get with a decent charge time was left stick left+right flicks plus tapping the right stick down several times.

Yea the left and right method is fast but it’s not the fastest though. Left stick movements paired with jumping for instance decreases the time. So I’m wondering what the theoretical limit to this is. My friend was able to fully charge in 8 frames using the left stick plus jump method.
