I disagree. A real dictator would have just removed the liberal reference of JFK or would have at least taken the time to match the font and kerning and finish exactly, to aid in legitimacy.

The only thing I can think of that would be more evil, and despicable; would be to offer humanitarian assistance to peoples suffering from genocide and then continue to genocide them.

End all government employees access to government provided health care. Force them into the private marketplace the GOP so desperately wants for everyone else, and watch the system reform itself in real time.
