So I ended up switching to ISR and... the result was terrific.
- The initial loading time is now 6s => 450ms
- Score 56 => 95
No doubt this improved the UX overall!

Using SSR(requesting graphql API with AppSync) with Next.js. There seems to be a cold-start problem. A lot of people reporting this issue here and there (e.g. https://github.com/orgs/vercel/discussions/427) but nothing really seem to solve the root of the problem 🤔

Tested out Stable Diffusion the other day, worked out great! No one would believe this photo is generated by AI.
