I can also only partly agree with the point you make in the screenshot below. I don't think it's enough to convince Moscow that "continuing the war will hurt it more than entering into a legitimate settlement". ...

7. The way russia has treated Ukrainians in occupied territories shows clearly the genocidal intent of russia's war. Even if they might formally accept this provision on paper, they will never ever respect the rights of Ukrainians on land that they control.

6. The whole purpose for russia to make some kind of deal would be to make sure that at least what they have gained so far will be considered as "permanently lost" to russia by the international community. So they won't agree to anything that doesn't include some recognition of their gains.

4. The russian regime would only accept a demilitarized zone on the Ukrainian-held side of a frozen front line, or at least they wouldn't respect it on theirs. Ensuring that they respect it would require some kind of peace keeping force on the "russian" side, which they will never accept.

I am sorry, but I see this proposal as totally unrealistic.
Most of these 15 points would be rejected by russia.
