I’m embarrassed as our school district just elected two pro book burning zealots to the board. Can we ever evolve. And more of these radical parents are home schooling so they can keep their kids just as ignorant as them. Scary stuff

There’s a reason Rickets doesn’t do his panel anymore. With that said, again yes there are a lot of fans there who are starry eyed. But, also lots of good people as well. Lots of stuff for kids as well. I am beyond frustrated at the direction of this team. But let’s put that anger where it belongs

I was there when Tom was booed. I get it and you’re not wrong that there is a certain amount of the fan base that are casual fans. They’re not bad people just Cub fans who aren’t maybe as knowledgeable as you and me. They are not the problem so vilifying them isn’t the solution.

Listen I get it. But as someone who has gone many times to the convention that is just part of it. It’s nice to connect with former players and friends. You can also directly ask Jed questions. Yes you get a canned answer but at least you can ask. I find degrading fellow fans does no good.

It’s still early but if this team is not improved going into spring training then something has to change. I don’t care if it’s the Rickets or Jed’s fault. The Chicago Cubs with the fan base they have, the market they are in should be competitive every year. I’m done being patient

I’m so over the let’s find a bargain at the thrift store mentality. Jed Hoyer is not the guy to lead a big market team. He’s a prospect nerd. His one huge move was to give Swanson big money. It’s time for fresh eyes to evaluate the team. Not all his fault but you are what your record says you are
