and I haven't been to sleep yet, but I will after this. I don't need as much food. Things that make me happy seem to open it up: like, singing and I sing all the time, now, walking, or watching Bashar, or just talking about happy things to people. I hope many of you get this same experience. 🥰

#2: My crown chakra opened last month, 🙇🏼♀️without my trying, or even thinking about trying, or even thinking about chakras! I feel like a different person! My frequency has increased (which I think is responsible for the chakra activity.) I do not need as much sleep. It is 8 am,
