Again, biased, but Coven & Crucible. Not just because we wrote it, but because I feel the mechanics are super supportive of collaborative storytelling and makes combat gritty and scary.

Gashadokuro Dust (aka Gash Dust) - This is the dust collected from the crushed skulls of the Gashadokuro construct. It is very potent in protection magic. It adds +5 to the TN and LoS of any wards it is used in and inhaling the dust grants the Impenetrable Scales 3 trait for an hour.
