Absolutely. We’re being held back by PSR and haven’t been able to invest for a few transfer windows now. It’s anti-competitive and it stinks.

Watched it on telly as a 17 year old. Unbelievable times considering I’d first watched us play Watford to a 14k crowd when we were hopeless in old division 2! Upsetting to lose the title in 96 and the cups in 98 and 99.
