Watched “The Day After” again last night… still gives me nightmares. Can’t believe how old it is. The nuclear anxiety hits hard, truly my biggest fear. A horror movie in every sense, and the makeup is still unsettling, even for the early ’80s. The worst part? Living in the aftermath of nuclear war.
