wait, but if you agree with this, then I don't understand your question to Philip...? God has reason to fine-tune for embodied life specifically because of the goods that can only be obtained through being embodied

the idea is that all consciousness is valuable, but that certain goods can only be had with physical bodies, such as hugging your child or giving a respectful handshake. seems very plausible
