I do not know any federal agents provocateurs, and I do think Will was being kind of a tool there, but it does kinda feel like they would have a case for saying that

So in other words, there are orders from the top to pursue arrests *without regard to whether the law allows them*.

I came across this ad a few years back and had to pause and absorb the idea that it had a target audience they felt was worth reading: men who felt that they had no manhood, that they could buy it back with a gun, and they'd even buy it if you said it *in those words*.
