2/ Last month, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Spain, the U.K., and Uzbekistan lost measles elimination status. Canada lost its elimination status late last year. Measles is no longer a random event in these countries; it’s endemic and freely flowing.

You may not have a true sense of the reach of your posts on FB, and that reach may not be achieving its potential because you limit engagement to a limited set of friends.

I don't know how you can point to the algorithm as limiting when you significantly constrain engagement.

We used to engage on X, but you don't follow/connect with as many people on BlueSky of LinkedIn.

You comment on FB that BlueSky and LinkedIn are relatively small. They could be bigger if more users engaged with them as a collaborative game as opposed to a competitive game.
